Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within an HVAC service environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC technology or related field.
- NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certification.
- Experience with building automation systems and energy management controls.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC service technicians, providing technical expertise and support during installations, repairs, and maintenance.
