We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth within the luxury transportation industry by generating new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored transportation solutions.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate service, pricing, and availability information, and booking appropriate reservations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings, including scheduling, vehicle allocation, and logistics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, key metrics, and market insights to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales; inside sales or business development experience in the transportation, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively pitch services to diverse client groups.
- Knowledge of the luxury transportation industry or related services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
