A1 LED is looking for experienced Journeyman Electricians or Learning Apprentice Electricians to join our team. We specialize in upgrading outdated lighting systems to modern, energy-efficient LED solutions for both commercial and residential customers.
This position involves working hands-on in the field, replacing and retrofitting existing lighting systems, bypassing outdated ballasts, and installing new LED fixtures. If you take pride in clean, efficient electrical work and want consistent, steady projects, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Bypass and remove old fluorescent ballasts and outdated lighting components
- Install LED tubes, panels, drivers, and complete fixture replacements
- Retrofit existing fixtures for LED compatibility
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and ensure safe, code-compliant installations
- Work on ladders, lifts, and in ceiling spaces when required
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Arkansas preferred)
- Experience with lighting retrofits and electrical installations
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
