Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to provide support to both our office and warehouse operations. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to transition smoothly between administrative tasks and hands-on warehouse responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and is interested in a long-term position with our team. Candidates with a stable and consistent work history are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily email correspondence with customers, carriers, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within our internal systems.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and on-time processing.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update counts, and support order fulfillment activities.
- Complete basic math calculations for inventory counts, adjustments, and order verification.
- Assist with picking, packing, and labeling products to ensure accuracy and efficiency in shipments.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and office staff to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Support general administrative office functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to balance administrative duties with light warehouse tasks.
- Proficient with computers, email, and basic software applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25–60 lbs as needed.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent employment history preferred
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and or SAP software.
Schedule
- Day shift (Flexible schedule)
- Part-time (12-20 hrs per week)
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
