We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of our facility, equipment, and building systems. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Inspect facility, equipment, and appliances to ensure proper functionality
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate replacement of damaged or outdated equipment
- Ensure electrical wiring meets safety and regulatory standards
- Identify and coordinate with subcontractors for larger repair projects
- Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance needs
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of maintenance or related experience required
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Must be able to bend, climb, crawl, and perform hands-on work
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions

- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Day shift
- On-call availability required
