Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, especially in Medicaid / Medicare programs.
Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for effective dashboard development and reporting.
Familiarity with GIS / mapping tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) to conduct geographic access analysis.
Understanding of healthcare compliance and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies related to member utilization and provider performance.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Examine provider network data to evaluate service adequacy and identify gaps in service delivery.

Statistical Modeling : Use statistical methods like regression analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify risks.

Compliance & Quality Monitoring : Analyze data to ensure compliance and track performance metrics related to quality of care and member satisfaction.

Prepare reports for submission to state and federal agencies.

Geographic Access Analysis : Leverage GIS tools to analyze access to care, identify underserved populations, and enhance service delivery models.

Project Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation and management of projects.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the skill to turn data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.

Experience with Python or R is preferred.
