What You’ll Be Doing
As a Concrete Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Concrete joint and crack caulking/sealing
- Power washing and surface preparation
- Assisting with concrete repair and restoration projects
- Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and job sites
- Loading/unloading materials and preparing work areas
- Performing miscellaneous labor tasks as needed
- Supporting team members on a variety of projects
- Helping with additional duties that contribute to the growth and success of the company

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting materials
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person
