We are looking for an organized, professional, and people-oriented Client & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our ground transportation company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and team members.
You will work closely with company leadership while helping coordinate operations, support chauffeurs and clients, and maintain high service standards across the organization.
No transportation industry experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Support management with daily operations and special projects
- Communicate professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and team members
- Draft emails, reports, and operational documentation
- Help improve and maintain company procedures and workflows
- Assist with VIP client profiles and service preferences
- Maintain corporate account and contact records
- Conduct client follow-ups to ensure excellent service experiences
- Assist with vehicle staging and passenger coordination for group transportation
- Support chauffeur onboarding and orientation sessions
- Help coordinate vehicle inspections and operational readiness
- Track insurance renewals, licensing, and compliance items
- Assist with compliance processes including drug testing and E-Verify
- Participate in operational and service quality evaluations
