Neapco is seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. This position will report to the Plant Maintenance Manager and is based at our Driveline facility in Belleville, MI. It is extremely important this team member be aligned with Neapco's Core Values of Partnership, Passion, Agility, Teamwork, Integrity, and Diversity, along with Neapco's Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility goals and objectives. Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work product while minimizing overtime and call-in hours.
- Coaches, counsels and manages performance of direct reports (skilled trades).
- Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery.
- Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
- Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed.
- Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of six years' related experience.
- Successful completion of an accredited management training program.
- Previous supervisory experience.
Education:
- High school or trade school diploma.
