About the OpportunityWe are a US-focused Information Technology Software Services organization delivering cloud, digital transformation, and managed-services solutions to enterprise customers. We seek a remote Social Media Marketing Manager to own brand storytelling, audience growth, and performance-driven social campaigns across the United States.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute an integrated social media and content marketing strategy (organic paid) across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook Instagram), X, TikTok, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and pipeline.Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content—long-form thought leadership, short-form video, images, and repurposed assets—managing an editorial calendar and cross-channel distribution.Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns: audience segmentation, creative A/B testing, budget allocation, conversion tracking, and ROI reporting.Manage community engagement and reputation: respond to audience inquiries, triage issues, and escalate PR or partner opportunities; run influencer and UGC programs.Measure and report campaign and channel performance using GA4, platform analytics, and dashboards; translate data into actionable recommendations to improve CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.Collaborate with product, sales, demand-gen, and design teams to align content with go-to-market campaigns, lead nurture flows, and sales enablement assets.Skills QualificationsMust-HaveMeta Business SuiteFacebook Ads ManagerGoogle AdsGoogle Analytics 4LinkedIn Campaign ManagerTikTok Ads ManagerCanvaAdobe Creative CloudPreferredSprout Social or HootsuiteSEO / SEM tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)Marketing automation / CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)Qualifications5 years of progressive social media digital marketing experience, preferably supporting B2B technology or SaaS brands.Proven track record running paid social campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline or revenue.Strong content production experience (short-form video, copywriting, asset repurposing) and familiarity with basic video editing workflows.US-based (remote) with ability to collaborate across time zones and work with cross-functional teams; excellent written English.Benefits Culture HighlightsFully remote, US-remote role with flexible hours and focus on outcomes over face time.Professional development stipend and access to marketing tools and training.Collaborative, growth-oriented culture with opportunities to lead campaigns end-to-end.This role is keyword-optimized for candidates experienced in social media marketing, paid social, content strategy, community management, analytics, and B2B technology marketing.
