Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with food and beverage service according to restaurant procedures.
- Help prepare, organize, and deliver customer orders as assigned.
- Confirm order details and communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
- Answer basic questions about menu items and restaurant offerings.
- Support servers and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables and replenish napkins, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
- Assist with takeout and pickup orders when required.
- Follow food-handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures.
- Help maintain efficient customer and order flow throughout each shift.
- Support opening, closing, and routine restaurant duties as assigned.
- Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to supervisors.
