Operation Assistant
Summary:
A retail store Operation Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a retail store. They work closely with the store operation management team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Their duties include assisting with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and other administrative tasks. The retail store Operation Assistant also interacts with customers to provide assistance and support. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Regional Operation Head with the job task of store operation.
- Assistant analyzing sales data and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Store Operation Team.
- Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
- Communicate with the HR department for preparing meetings, training material, and other documents.
- Coordinating with the procurement team for inventory and ordering of office supplies as needed.
- Monitoring the open and close log for the store and assisting with changing the key holders.
- Assistant operation team to coordinate with another department.
- Interact with vendors, internal departments, and stores over the phone and in person to provide operational support.
- Process invoices and expenses and verify the accuracy of invoices, and other documents regarding deliveries and services for the special projects.
- Communicate with stores or collaborate in cross-functional teams to fulfill project needs as necessary.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 2 years of administrative, retail operation, or related work experience.
- Excellent computer skills, familiar with Microsoft and Google Office suites.
- Bilingual in English/Chinese is preferred.
- Demonstrate high work ethic, confidentiality, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Position Details:

Compensation:
The pay range for this job is between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
