What is the Management Trainee Program?

The management trainee program is designed to equip future managers with the skills and knowledge needed to be effective in a management position.

What does the program look like?

• 6-8 month extensive learning experience

• Work alongside a dedicated trainer to coordinate and track your daily progress

• You will gain a profound wealth of knowledge in retail

• Monthly meeting with a designated mentor

• Opportunity to meet with C-level executives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to confidently interact with customers
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to cooperate in a team setting
• Desire for knowledge and development
• Ability to take direction, follow instructions and receive constructive feedback
• Associate’s degree or higher is preferred
• Minimum of 1-year retail management experience or equivalent educational background
• Bilingual in English/Chinese or English/Spanish preferred
