What is the Management Trainee Program?
The management trainee program is designed to equip future managers with the skills and knowledge needed to be effective in a management position.
What does the program look like?
- 6-8 month extensive learning experience
- Work alongside a dedicated trainer to coordinate and track your daily progress
- You will gain a profound wealth of knowledge in retail
- Monthly meeting with a designated mentor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to confidently interact with customers
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to cooperate in a team setting
- Desire for knowledge and development
- Ability to take direction, follow instructions and receive constructive feedback
- Associate’s degree or higher is preferred
- Minimum of 1-year retail management experience or equivalent educational background
- Bilingual in English/Chinese or English/Spanish preferred
