What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate potential customers.
- Promote property projects to potential customers by providing accurate information regarding property specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up and manage potential customers in order to drive them visit projects.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and our clients (projects).
- Meet monthly sales targets (property purchase).
- Prepare and update regular sales and activity reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in property sales or real estate is preferred.
- Have a good track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
- Willing to be based on-site around Alam Sutera.
