988 Director
A high-visibility leadership role responsible for program oversight, supervisor management, strategic planning, data analysis, community outreach, and operational excellence across a critical statewide crisis response program. This individual will help shape the future of behavioral health crisis services while leading complex systems and driving measurable outcomes. Salary $92,000/year.
Key Qualifications:
✔ Master's degree in Social Work or related field required
✔ 3-5 years of director-level leadership experience strongly preferred
✔ Community mental health and/or emergency services experience preferred
✔ Strong budget management and data analytics experience
✔ Exceptional written communication skills
✔ Demonstrated ability to lead complex systems and multidisciplinary teams
988 Clinical Manager
An impactful clinical leadership opportunity supporting day-to-day operations of the 988 call center. This role provides supervision to managers, oversees clinical quality, develops policies and training programs, and serves as a key resource for crisis response and care coordination. Salary $80,000/year.
Key Qualifications:
✔ Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred (alternative qualifications considered - Bachelor's with 5 years experience in crisis work)
✔ Experience managing behavioral health crises required
✔ Strong knowledge of suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and care coordination
✔ Experience leading teams and supervising staff
✔ Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
✔ Background in behavioral health treatment, crisis services, emergency services, homeless services, or related settings preferred
