You’ll educate and guide customers through our meal and supplement options, provide five-star service, and ensure the store runs smoothly. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store with confidence and care.
- Greet every customer with a smile and provide information about our services to help them get started or update them on what's new.
- Make every customer feel seen, heard, and excited about achieving their goals.
- Educate and recommend meals and supplement options based on customer goals and preferences.
- Share your knowledge of nutrition in a way that’s easy to understand. Upsell and cross-sell with purpose to help customers get the most out of their visit.
- Resolve questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Handle transactions accurately and keep the store organized.
- Keep the store and freezer clean, stocked, and looking inviting.
- Let our customers know about promotions and sales to keep them coming back.
- Foster relationships with customers to help achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with teammates and help support a positive, high-performing environment.
- Have fun, while helping others!
