Duties
- Lead and supervise restoration projects, including fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for demolition, repair, and restoration work.
- Assess damage sites thoroughly to determine scope of work and develop effective restoration plans.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project execution while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to provide updates on project progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety procedures followed throughout each project.
Skills
- Extensive experience in the restoration industry with a strong background in fire, water damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for demolition, repair, and cleaning tasks.
