911 Rapid Response is hiring a Part-Time Account Manager to support our expanding emergency services and public safety sales team. Key Responsibilities (Account Manager / Sales Representative)
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in EMS, fire, law enforcement, and public safety organizations
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Support the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, proposals, and closing
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and customer needs in emergency services
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development
- Required: Experience working with or selling to emergency services (EMS, fire departments, law enforcement, or public safety agencies)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
