The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with a background in office management, and human resources. This role involves managing schedules, vendor relationships, and team coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to clinic staff for high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
- Operational Enhancements: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinic performance.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze clinic data to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance.
- Efficient Resource Management: Manage staffing, schedules, and resources to meet patient demand effectively.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and expense control for clinic operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical or office experience
- Supervising experience with team management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
- Demonstrated ability to train staff and support team development initiatives
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Location: This position is based full time in McAllen, TX (8am-5pm daily), with occasional travel to our other offices in Texas.
