Office Team Member Job Description
- Reports to Operations Manager.
- Serves as main customer service contact.
- Responds to emails and voicemails as needed.
- Administers DOL Knowledge Tests.
- Supports scheduling for 20 staff members while utilizing best practices.
- Data Entry duties include proprietary systems, Google, and Microsoft
Products.
- Files in accordance with state statutes and code.
- Cleans common areas as assigned by Operations Manager.
Office Team Member Required Qualifications
- Passion to contribute to the company’s goal of making our roads safer through training, education and testing.
- Friendly and enthusiastic.
- Infinite patience; especially with customers with a language/cultural barrier.
- Heavily focused on details and time management efficiency.
- Must possess excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Must possess reliable transportation.
- Must possess HS Diploma.
- Valid WA State Driver License with clean driving record.
- Ability to earn and maintain DOL certifications.
Office Team Member Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple language fluency/familiarity a huge plus. Especially Arabic, Russian, Spanish & Mandarin.
- Open availability including weekends.
- Medical training.
