Position Summary
The Static Security Officer (SSO) Unit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of security personnel assigned to fixed posts across designated facilities or properties. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality security services, adherence to protocols, and the safety of personnel, assets, and visitors. The SSO Unit Supervisor acts as the primary liaison between security officers, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Oversight o Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Static Site Supervisors across multiple posts.
- Conduct regular briefings, roll calls, and shift handovers to ensure operational continuity. oMonitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of assigned personnel.
- Operational Management o Ensure all security posts are staffed, equipped, and functioning according to sitespecific requirements.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing leadership and direction during critical situations. oMaintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
- Compliance and Standards o Enforce company policies, client protocols, and legal regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of security posts to ensure compliance. oTrain and mentor officers on procedures, customer service, and emergency response.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication o Serve as the daily on site point of contact for client representatives regarding security operations.
- Address concerns, feedback, and service adjustments promptly and professionally.
- Participate in regular meetings with clients and internal management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or supervisory training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valid security license/certification as required by local regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., incident reporting software, email, MS Office).

- Static post environments including commercial buildings, industrial sites, or residential complexes.
- Shiftbased schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- May require standing or patrolling for extended periods.
