What We Are Looking For
906 Studio is seeking a Project Architect to join our Commercial Studio. This position plays a key role in the design and coordination of commercial, civic, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical knowledge, design skill, and the ability to lead projects from schematic design through construction.
What You’ll Do
· Full-time, professional with three plus years’ experience. Certification or current pursuit as a licensed professional is required.
· Fully competent Architect in all conventional aspects of architecture.
· Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.
· Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
· Meet with clients and stakeholders to discuss design and construction requirements.
· Develop and manage project budgets, material selections, and timelines for client approval.
· Act as the liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.
· Ensure construction adheres to state regulations, building codes, and design intent.
What You’ll Need
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
· Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Skills in SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion considered a plus.
· Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
· Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex design tasks.
· Knowledge of construction costs, timelines, and documentation standards.
· Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a team-oriented mindset.
