Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings with precision and consistency
- Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests, anticipating preferences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the club's beverage program, including wine lists, spirits, and seasonal offerings
- Ensure the bar area is impeccably clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Handle member interactions with professionalism, discretion, and a high level of service etiquette
- Accurately process orders and payments through the club's point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service during all dining periods and events
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and adhere to all applicable laws and club policies
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and bar setup/breakdown for events and daily service
- Prior bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation
