We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Account Manager to support partner relationships, contribute to marketing strategy, and help ensure the successful execution of campaigns. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a collaborative environment while managing their own workflow and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing background, clear communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
- Understand partner goals, challenges, and marketing needs
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support strategic marketing initiatives
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance and provide updates and insights
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within an agency setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a contract capacity while collaborating with a team
- Experience with project management tools, CRM platforms, email marketing systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related platforms preferred
- Must be able to work in person in our Canfield, OH or Hudson, OH office.
