Talent Acquisition Specialist- Campus

OPPORTUNITY

This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about Talent Acquisition and looking to step into a highly visible role within Tennessee’s largest professional services firm. This hire will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing to offer negotiation) for assigned LBMC service lines/offices and will lead Experienced hiring for designated teams and support Campus hiring initiatives.

Members of the LBMC Talent Team will act as strategic talent partners for hiring managers that are experts in their field. This hire will identify current and future talent needs, determine qualification criteria, and target top industry talent to build meaningful relationships with potential future LBMC employees. Regular communication and an eye for data visualization will be required in this role as we continue to move forward with talent consulting initiatives for LBMC service lines and hiring managers. 

SCOPE OF WORK

• Conduct intake meetings and fosters a productive relationship with hiring managers to solicit requirements for open and ‘growth’ roles for experienced hires. Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle (job intake through date of hire)
• Work in partnership with the Campus Talent Advisor and Campus Recruiting Committees to pipeline talent for LBMC’s Ignite internship program to bring talented students to LBMC during the Spring and Summer seasons
• Utilize complex internet searches, Boolean strings, social/professional networking groups, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM Database, competitor research, referrals, alumni networks, and diversity resources to present a robust talent pipeline for all open positions within each service line. (Nashville and East TN branches)
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to report progress on open roles (i.e., interview and offer processes) for bi-weekly and quarterly metrics reporting to the LBMC Operating Committee
• Continually provide a pipeline of top talent to service line leaders - even when roles aren’t listed as ‘open’ - to foster continued growth across the firm
• Assist with Talent Development Days, Orientation, Amplify, New Leaders, and other talent programs to enhance the overall candidate experience
• Remains an active member of LBMC professional organization(s) and networking groups to foster meaningful relationships with all candidates and hiring managers
• Adheres to LBMC’s defined processes and procedures including the firm's policy on privacy and client confidentiality. Knows and follows the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the AICPA, HIPAA, and other regulating bodies and legislation as appropriate.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition work supporting organizations over 200 employees
• Accomplished talent scout with the ability to utilize innovative and resourceful sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and qualify top passive and active talent
• An eye for data visualization and reporting of recruiting efforts. Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills is required
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time during Campus Recruiting Seasons (August-September & January – February)
