Job Requirements
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the housekeeping department in accordance with state and local guidelines while assuring the highest degree of quality residents care at all times
- Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff as well as Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
- Purchase, maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory adhering to budget guidelines
- Anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year Housekeeping Director experience preferred
- Ability to lead a team through motivation, coaching and development
