Company Overview: Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Banquet Set Up Attendant. Did you know we are located in the heart of downtown and home of the Green Bay Packers? Position Summary: The Banquet Set Up Attendant will be responsible for ensuring each event function is properly set (tables, chairs, linens) to guest satisfaction, prior to the start of the event, as well as break down at the end of the event. This candidate must have good communication skills, as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position.
Detailed Description:
- Ensure each meeting space is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Confirm meeting specifications, audio visual, rooming lists, and food & beverage requirements.
- Maintain the overall appearance, layout and design of the room.
- Break down each set up at the end of the event.
- Ensure all equipment is stored in the proper areas.
- Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work evening shifts

Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior hotel experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
