Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible Housekeeping Associate to support multiple areas of the Housekeeping department. This position is designed for a team member who can assist as a Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, and House Person based on the needs of the hotel.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to work where needed to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential to supporting daily hotel operations, improving guest satisfaction, and ensuring brand cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Room Attendant Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and remove trash.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, towels, and linen.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked, clean, and ready for arrival.
Laundry Duties
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels.
- Maintain proper handling of clean and dirty linen.
- Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and safe.
- Monitor laundry equipment and report any maintenance concerns.
- Support room attendants by ensuring linen is available as needed.
House Person Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, stairwells, elevators, service areas, and housekeeping closets.
- Remove trash and linen from guest room floors.
- Deliver requested guest items such as towels, bedding, or amenities.
- Assist room attendants with supplies, linen, and heavy cleaning tasks.
- Support deep cleaning projects, carpet care, and other housekeeping assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, laundry, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy and business needs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and brand standards.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist in different housekeeping roles.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
- Must be comfortable working in guest rooms, laundry areas, hallways, and public spaces.
- Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Compensation
