Product Management Specialist- Drink

The Drink & Packaging Product Management Coordinator (Drink PM) leads the product management of the drink category and defines the 85°C innovation standard for coffee, tea, and milk tea.  We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, product management skills, consumer insights, communication skills, and a familiarity with the Boba Milk Tea and coffee industry.
This position, will implement the strategies of the Director of Marketing, will spearhead the drink category including performance of new, existing, and outgoing products, and will collaborate with the Drink R&D team on the development of new products.  The Drink Product Specialist must have good knowledge of trending and popular drinks in the industry.  They must be organized, able to multi-task, able to manage communications and deadlines among cross functional teams, must adhere to due dates, and must display leadership qualities.  
Along with drinks, the PM will also be responsible for 85C packaging, and any other duties as delegated by the Director of Marketing.

Required Skills and Abilities

In-depth understanding of 85°C products and future concepts

Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment and to help solve problems. 

Ability to direct the work of assigned personnel as requested or required.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong project management skills. 

Demonstrated success in product launches and promotion.

Must be highly proficient in business math

Job Duties

Lead cross-functional teams with expertise to manage current drink products and develop new drink products.  

Supervise market research and prioritize ideas based on popularity, viability in terms of current market trend, ease of production, and overall cost.

Implement and monitor the progress of strategic marketing plan, to include measurable metrics, objectives, goals, in-depth competitive product analysis and timetable; validate development effort and implement adjustments where appropriate. 

Lead new product launches; elicit feedback for each segment to identify and propose improvements. Provide ROI analysis of product launches and meet annual comp sales growth.

Determine positioning of assigned products, considering price, volume and overall profitability. Conduct rationalization anaylsis and direct modification and changes to existing product formulation and packaging.

This position requires general office work with light physical duty, work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional standing and walking.
