Essential Functions:

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
Experience: At least two years of management experience in a bakery, restaurant, or fast-food environment.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to handle complex information and foster positive relationships.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of J&G products and future concepts.
Leadership & Training: Demonstrated success in training, operational development, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Operational Insight: Personal experience with daily store operations and management of high-volume stores, overseeing ten or more employees.
Flexibility: Willingness to work full-time, including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Active Role: Engage in moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This role requires continuous standing and walking, with repetitive hand motions and overhead reaching. Be prepared for exposure to varying temperatures in coolers and freezers.
