Assistant Store Manager

Location: East Hanover, NJ  •  Full-Time  •  Hourly (Non-Exempt)  •  Reports to: General Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're the General Manager's right hand — driving sales and profitability, developing the team, and stepping in as the leader on duty when the GM is out. You'll help run the business while upholding our standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.

• 2 years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10 team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility. Benefits vary by role, scheduled hours, and location; HR will confirm specific eligibility.
