Responsibilities include:
- Assisting and supporting the efforts of the department.
- Maintain database of store contact information.
- Prepare daily inventory reports.
- Inbound and Outbound phone calls to respond to needs quickly and efficiently
- Handle overflow customer service calls.
- Other general office duties assigned by management.
- Coordinating accurate purchase information for products provided by the salesperson
- Customer/builder interaction
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proactive attitude in execution of projects and time sensitive reporting
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office specifically Access and Excel.
- Ability to utilize database systems to import information publish and analyze reports and assist personnel in interpreting the output.
