Overview
The Travel Coordinator works with the Travel Manager to make and manage travel arrangements for our employees/customers on a daily basis. The coordinator would be responsible for coding credit card charges ad completing authorization for hotel stays on a daily basis. The coordinator would also sort/file invoices and mange spreadsheets tracking employee travel.
$16hr, 40 hours per week. M-F, Full-benefits.
Responsibilities
Making travel arrangements for day to day business a fast-paced environment using Apollo GDS software
Coding credit card charges and maintaining employee travel tracking
Filing and maintain travel invoices
Qualifications
Computer Skills: Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet Software, Internet
Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals)
Write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
