Working alongside the Plant Manager, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and optimizing our machinery and systems, ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do:

Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment/machinery.
Maintain equipment/machinery within tolerance of quality standards.
Train operators on correct operating and maintenance procedures.
Audit daily checks.
Maintain safe work/machine environment
Qualifications
Able to read and write in their primary language.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds.

- Keep our production moving by performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues before they become problems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Fabricate and weld components to support repairs and process improvements
- Train and support operators on proper equipment use and basic maintenance practices
- Conduct daily audits and inspections to ensure top performance and safety compliance
- Play an active role in creating a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
- Hands-on work with a wide range of systems—no two days are the same
