Pay:
- $18 per hour Overtime potential monthly incentives (for Production Trainees - NO EXPERIENCED NEEDED).
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Overtime potential monthly incentives (for experienced roof truss Builders or Framers).

The full-time, hourly Millwork Manufacturer works as a production and warehouse associate and assembler in the custom millwork manufacturing area, and is responsible for, but not limited to:
Sanding, sawing, and staining of millwork products on the production line.
Monitoring quality assurance throughout the production process.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and observing all safety rules posted in the warehouse.
Forklift training, certification, and operation

Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
