In larger volume Plants (15 million and up) we will budget an Operations Manager. The primary duties of the Operations Manager are directly related to assisting with the running or servicing of the facility in the absence of the General Manager. This position also requires the regular exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters related to the operation and maintenance of all aspects of the facility and managing and directing the associates that are responsible for design, customer service, production, sales and expediting freight.

Oversee the load building and shipping functions in the plant
Oversee maintenance of facility
Oversee the receiving and receipting of incoming freight
Assist with pricing decisions
Oversee inventory control
