The Customer Service Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts and ensuring a smooth and responsive customer experience. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. The Customer Service Manager will also coordinate the ordering and processing of materials, manage order changes and returns, and handle back charges as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Customer Service

Reporting and Data Entry, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
Scheduling
Interface with sales team and customers, providing updates on pricing, delivery, and schedules.
Facilitate the resolution of problems and issues between customers and production.
Direct order entry/processing, ensuring orders are entered and released in a correct and efficient manner.
Invoicing and account reconciliation, including pricing term updates and late payment follow up.
Schedule based on design, production, and delivery capabilities.
Other duties assigned by management.
