We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winter Haven, FL. This role serves as a vital liaison between Sales, Operations, Design, and Customer Service, ensuring smooth communication across departments and delivering exceptional support to customers throughout the entire process.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting the sales team and operations teams, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. This position will also support order processing, material coordination, and back charges as needed.
Bilingual English and Spanish, and POS previous experience are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Act as a key point of contact between operations, sales, design, and customer service teams.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a timely manner.
Assist with processing orders, tracking materials, and coordinating back charges when necessary.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal departments.
Contribute to a positive customer experience and support company growth initiatives.
Schedule & Pay:
Pay: $20 – $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
