Position Overview:
Treese Media Group LLC, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Account Executive to join our team in Reading, PA. This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships while driving revenue through innovative, multi-platform advertising solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for helping local businesses grow, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and create customized advertising campaigns across radio, digital, social media, and event platforms
- Present and sell WEEU’s full suite of marketing solutions in a compelling and consultative manner
- Manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction, campaign performance, and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams including programming, production, and digital to execute campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communication, and billing coordination
- Participate in community events, remote broadcasts, and networking opportunities to build brand presence
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (media or marketing experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
