Job Summary: The Enterprise Analyst supports the organization’s analytics and reporting needs by assisting in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data across business areas including lending, finance, operations, and risk.
This role works with cross-functional teams to help develop reports, dashboards, and insights that support data driven decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions
- Help create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards
- Support development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Assist in translating data into clear, actionable insights for business users
Business Intelligence Support
- Support the use of business intelligence tools to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
- Assist in building visualizations using Power BI or similar platforms
- Work with business units to gather reporting requirements
- Help improve reporting processes and data accessibility across the organization
Credit, Risk, and Portfolio Analytics
- Assist with analysis related to loan performance, portfolio trends, and operational metrics
- Support teams with data needed for monitoring performance and risk
- Assist with analytics for loan portfolio sales, purchases, and valuation modeling, including determining the economic and fair market value of portfolios and mortgage servicing rights (MSRs).
Underwriting, Pricing, and Lending Analytics
- Collaborate with Lending and assist in evaluating and validating underwriting models, credit attributes, scorecards, and decision thresholds to balance growth and credit quality.
- Support pricing decisions for MALCO through analysis of margins, WANY, regional performance, channel performance, and competitive positioning.
- Assist with monitoring loan performance across products and segments, identifying opportunities for optimization, policy refinement, and strategic growth.

Qualifications:
Confidentiality Requirements: Must keep members' transactions and other Credit Union business in strictest confidence.
Travel Demands: Must be able to travel within the U.S.
Prerequisite Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Prerequisite experience:
- Experience in financial services; credit union or banking experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive problem solver, an eager learner, and an effective communicator, capable of translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Fundamental understanding of data platforms, BI tools, analytics methodologies, and governance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
