Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance based on their preferences and needs
- Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos and clear communication
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive displays and organized stock levels
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt processing
- Conduct stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product stocking to maintain an appealing shopping environment
- Upsell products by highlighting benefits and recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations
- Supervising experience in retail or similar customer-facing roles is highly desirable
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
- Bilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases are a strong plus
- Strong communication skills to convey product information clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, retail math, and basic math skills for daily operations
