Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Manage guest seating arrangements and reservations to optimize flow and comfort
- Serve ice cream and other menu items accurately and efficiently using Toast POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, dining space, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
- Support team members in daily operations, including restocking supplies and ensuring smooth service flow
Skills
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environments is beneficial
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of guest relations, serving techniques, and hospitality standards

Pay: $15.92 - $16.50 per hour
