We are a logistics and transportation company providing freight services throughout the East Coast and nationwide line-haul transportation across the United States. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager / Inventory & Accounting Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Location: Schaumburg, Illinois
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory records
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate warehouse documentation and inventory reporting
- Assist with billing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Handle warehouse-related invoices, payments, and reconciliation
- Work closely with operations and accounting departments
- Ensure warehouse organization and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bilingual English and Mandarin
- Previous warehouse management experience required
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Familiar with inventory management and financial record systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
