What You'll Do
- Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and shift operations
- Help drive sales while creating a positive workplace culture
