Spa Coordinator

Now Hiring: Front Desk / Spa Admin – South Kihei

Initial Phone Interviews: By appointment (15–20 mins)

In-Person Interviews: By appointment (Maui residents only, must complete phone interview first)

Schedule:

• Shifts available Monday–Friday, 1–7 pm
• One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday), 9 am–5 pm
• Minimum of two weekday shifts

About the Role:
808 Wellness is seeking a client-focused individual to join our administrative team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, so we are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a true spirit of Aloha. Flexibility and a friendly, positive attitude are essential to the success of this position.

Duties Include:

• Greeting clients and managing appointments
• Processing payments
• Email and phone communication
• Light cleaning and room setup
• Opening/closing duties
• Retail product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Spa/admin experience preferred
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic social media knowledge is a plus
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting at $20/hr (DOE)
• Training pay: $18/hr
• Minimum 18 hours/week (3 shifts)

Established in 2016 by Maui residents Alan and Sara Schroepfer, 808 Wellness is a family-owned business rooted in the healing arts and wellness community. With a shared passion for supporting health and well-being, we've grown the business to include multiple locations, a yoga and event studio for three years. They recently expanded their Wellness Spa into an additional suite to offer even more services. In addition to the central location in Rainbow Mall, 808 also operates off-site spaces in Makena and Kihei. 808 is dedicated to supporting the healing journeys of our clients and creating a positive, growth-minded work environment.
