LOOKING TO HIRE A RESERVATION AGENT FOR A CAR RENTAL COMPANY. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED, AS YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND BASIC CUSTOMER SKILLS. SEND US YOUR RESUME AS WE WILL SET A DATE AND TIME FOR AN INTERVIEW.

Pay: $19 - $20 Hourly
WhatsApp is the primary communication between the team; members must be attentive to their phones to communicate between wash bay and front desk.
Responsibilities
-Build rental contracts
-Take payment
-Answer phone calls
-File and organize contracts
-Perform walk-arounds with the customer to mark all damages on the car if needed
-Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations for reservations, as needed
-Managing inventory of cars
-Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
-Consistently communicate with team through WhatsApp
-Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
-Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
-Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
-Availability to work weekends and holidays
