Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments with precision
- Assist customers with product information, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products
- Handle stock replenishment by stocking shelves and managing inventory levels throughout your shift
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Support store operations by performing basic cashiering duties, cash handling, and balancing registers at shift end
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions
- Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus for mentoring new team members
