- Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatments, and communicate updates to the healthcare team effectively.
- Support discharge planning by preparing patients for transition to home or other care settings through education and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
