804 Hospitality is seeking a talented and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team in the Fan. The ideal candidate will have hospitality and customer service experience.
- Strong Food and Beverage customer service skills
- Time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Experience with POS systems - Toast
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Manage beverage prep & inventory
- Maintain a professional, team-oriented culture
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Assist in food running
- Demonstrate knowledge of techniques and cocktail preparation
- Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be available weekends and evenings
