804 Hospitality is seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team at our current location in the Fan neighborhood of Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
- Work & lead the bar operations during regular restaurant service and events
- Manage bar prep & inventory
- Train and support bar staff; and help maintain a professional, team-oriented culture
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Assist in inventory levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff m
- Demonstrate knowledge of techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experiences.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
