Business Development Representative (BDR) – Kitchen & Bath Showrooms
Field-Based | W-2 | No Commission | Structured Pay
Job description
We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to visit kitchen & bath showrooms in an assigned territory.
Your job is to:
- Open new dealer accounts
- Reactivate inactive dealers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing showrooms
- Ensure consistent territory coverage
This role follows a structured, activity-based model (similar to Comcast B2B), not a commission gamble.
Compensation (Very Clear & Predictable) Daily Pay
- $200 per day when 5 qualified showroom visits are completed
Extra Visit Pay
- $35 for each additional visit (6th visit and up)
Monthly KPI Bonuses (Stackable)
- New accounts opened
- Reactivated inactive dealers
- Active dealer portfolio %
- Reduction of inactive dealers
Realistic annual earnings:
- $65,000 – $85,000
- Higher for strong performers

What Counts as a “Qualified Visit”
- In-person showroom visit
- Minimum 15 minutes
- Logged same day
- Includes notes photos

Responsibilities
- Visit kitchen & bath showrooms daily
- Introduce 802 Cabinetry products and programs
- Open new dealer accounts
- Reactivate dormant dealers
- Support designers with basic questions
- Log visits accurately and professionally
- Maintain assigned territory coverage
